dmbet ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") operates the online gaming platform accessible at dmbet.cam, providing Filipino players with access to slots, live casino, bingo, sabong, sports betting, and related gaming services. dmbet does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act (such as racial or ethnic origin, political affiliations, religious beliefs, health data, or criminal records) unless specifically required by applicable law or regulatory directive and with your explicit consent.

dmbet collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct collection: Information you provide when registering an account, completing identity verification, making a deposit or withdrawal request, contacting our support team, or participating in a promotion;
• Automated collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and session tracking technologies when you access the dmbet platform;

• Legal and regulatory compliance: To respond to lawful requests from PAGCOR, NPC, AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities. Legal basis: legal obligation.

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session authentication tokens, CSRF protection tokens, and load-balancing identifiers. These cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the platform.

• Technical and security logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring purposes, subject to extension where an investigation is ongoing;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent period and for one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent.

Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with dmbet's data disposal procedures. Where anonymization is applied, the resulting data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes without further privacy obligations.

dmbet implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data processed, and proportionate to the risks associated with online gaming and financial transactions. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the dmbet platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS, consistent with the standards used by Philippine banks and financial institutions;

Complex requests may require additional time; dmbet will notify you of any extension and its reasons.

Age verification is conducted at the point of registration and may be repeated at dmbet's discretion during the account lifecycle. Any player who misrepresents their age to gain access to the platform will have their account terminated and any funds held in the account forfeited, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to dmbet.

Some of dmbet's service providers and game content providers operate from outside the Philippines, which may result in your personal data being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Any such cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only:

• Where the recipient jurisdiction provides a level of data protection at least equivalent to that under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, as assessed by the National Privacy Commission;
• Where dmbet has entered into data transfer agreements with the recipient that incorporate appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC; or

dmbet will not transfer your personal data cross-border in circumstances that would undermine the protections afforded to you under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

dmbet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this policy will be communicated to registered players via a platform notification or by email to the registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Continued use of the dmbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Players who do not accept the revised terms should request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
