For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "dmbet" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at dmbet.cam, including all services, features, games, and content made available through the platform.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered a verified account on dmbet and uses the platform to access games or betting services.
• "Account" refers to the individual, verified account created by a Player upon successful registration on dmbet.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance held within a Player's dmbet Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), which reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Games" refers collectively to all gaming and betting products available on dmbet, including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, online sabong, sports betting, and specialty games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by dmbet to Players subject to qualifying conditions.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the dmbet platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency of the Republic of the Philippines responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations.

By accessing dmbet, registering an Account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with dmbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior versions. dmbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this document periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on dmbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
3. You are not a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Territory;
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of dmbet or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or service partners;
5. You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and betting under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located;
6. You have not previously had an Account on dmbet that was suspended, terminated, or closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions;
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

dmbet reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to complete verification to dmbet's satisfaction may result in Account restriction or termination.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on dmbet. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP). dmbet will never request your password via any channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, unless you have promptly notified dmbet of unauthorized access.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dmbet immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• dmbet reserves the right to suspend any Account pending verification at its sole discretion without prior notice.

dmbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your dmbet Wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. dmbet reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a Player-owned source.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity and payment method verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible;
• Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established;
• dmbet reserves the right to request additional documentation to support anti-money laundering (AML) compliance before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated and may vary due to payment provider delays, public holidays, or compliance reviews.

dmbet offers promotional bonuses from time to time, which may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all dmbet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period; bonus funds that expire uncompleted are forfeited;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless dmbet explicitly permits otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be used in games that contribute toward wagering requirements; contribution rates by game category are stated in individual offer terms;
• dmbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time and to void bonus-related winnings where a Player has exploited or abused promotional terms;
• Players who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming provisions are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus.

All games available on dmbet are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or from the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

The outcomes of all slot and RNG-based games on dmbet are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time physical dealing conducted by live dealers in certified studios. dmbet does not control or influence the outcome of any game.

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software error during a game round, dmbet will apply its Game Incident Resolution Policy. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, wagers for that round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. Decisions by dmbet's technical team regarding game incidents are final.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed or a betting window has expired will be void;
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient Wallet balance before placing a wager;
• dmbet reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or in circumstances that reasonably indicate exploitation of a platform error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dmbet and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the dmbet platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit odds;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that facilitates the processing of proceeds of crime through dmbet;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the dmbet platform;
• Using the dmbet platform from a Prohibited Territory by circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs or proxy services;
• Abusing or threatening dmbet support staff or other Players.

dmbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. The platform provides the following self-management tools accessible from every verified Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure on-screen notifications that appear at set time intervals during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be reactivated until the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the dmbet platform. Self-exclusion blocks all access including the ability to re-register. Requests may be submitted via live chat or at [email protected].

All intellectual property on the dmbet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, database rights, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to dmbet. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any dmbet intellectual property.

You may access and use dmbet solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, transmission, or other exploitation of dmbet's intellectual property for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without express prior written consent from dmbet, is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dmbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

dmbet does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any specific game will be available at any given time;
• Results or odds information will be available in real time without delay.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages are not permitted by law, dmbet's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall dmbet's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dmbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Circumstances where continuing to operate an Account would expose dmbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining Wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player using the last registered payment method on file, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided all wagering requirements and pending transactions have been resolved.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of dmbet shall first be submitted to dmbet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected], with a response guaranteed within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through dmbet's internal process, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism. If regulatory resolution is unavailable or ineffective for the type of claim raised, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

dmbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a platform-level notification or an email to the registered address. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Continued use of dmbet after the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Players who do not agree to amended terms should cease using the platform and request Account closure.
